The Grow & Glow Life Skills Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower teen girls ages 11-18 with the essential tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and flourish in every area of their lives- at home, school and within their community. Each month focuses on a unique topic, equipping participants with practical skills and fostering personal growth in a supportive and uplifting environment. The program culminates in a one-month summer program filled with activities and opportunities with meaningful connections and self-discovery.

Impact of the Grow & Glow Life Skills Program

  • Our program recognizes the unique challenges that today’s teen girls face, including:

Low self-esteem and self-worth: Overcoming feelings of inadequacy fueled by social media, peer pressure, and societal expectations.

Stress and anxiety management: Teaching how to handle academic, social, and personal pressures without feeling overwhelmed.

Communication struggles: Building confidence to express themselves effectively and assertively.

Lack of life skills preparation: Addressing gaps in essential skills like decision-making, conflict resolution, and managing responsibilities.

Limited safe spaces for growth: Creating an environment where girls feel heard, supported, and free to explore their full potential.
