Life Skills Summer Program Week 1
The first week of our Life Skills Summer Program is about Self-Discovery and Personal Growth! Participants will explore topics like self-love and confidence, learn strategies for emotional regulation and mental well-being, and develop healthy self-care and wellness habits.
